Tube Packaging

(Description)

Custom tube packaging, also known as paper tube packaging or cylindrical boxes, combines a rigid round paperboard structure with precision-fitted lids and a continuous branding surface. Produced in custom diameters and heights, these tubes can be finished with printed wraps, premium decoration, protective liners and product-fit interiors for food, gifts, cosmetics, supplements, pet-care products and textiles.

Tube Packaging

/ Product Overview

Tube packaging is manufactured from spiral-wound or convolute paperboard with a printed outer wrap and a fitted lid-and-base system. The rigid cylindrical structure protects the packed product, supports stacking and provides a distinctive 360-degree surface for brand communication.

Diameter, height, wall thickness, closure, liner and decoration are engineered around the product, fill weight, packing method, transport conditions and destination market.

/ Types

Available formats include two-piece lid-and-base tubes, telescopic tubes, shoulder-and-neck tubes, rolled-edge rigid tubes and composite canisters with paperboard or metal ends. Optional inserts, pull cords, ribbons, windows and tamper-evident features can be developed around the product.

Custom paper tubes and cylindrical boxes are suitable for coffee, tea, honey, confectionery, dry food, cosmetics, supplements, pet-care products, bottles, textiles, promotional sets and premium gifting.

/ Objectives

Create distinctive shelf presence with a premium round structure

Protect the product through controlled board thickness and closure fit

Use the full cylindrical surface for consistent custom branding

Adapt dimensions, liners, inserts and finishes to the intended application

/ Final Outcome

The finished tube packaging combines structural strength, precise lid fit and high-impact presentation in a reusable round format. With dimensions, printing, finishing and internal components approved as one complete system, the result is a production-ready cylindrical box designed for reliable packing, transport and branded display.
