Custom Doypack stand-up pouches are flexible packaging formats engineered with a shaped bottom gusset that enables upright shelf presentation. Developed in custom sizes for dry food, pet food, snacks, seeds, powders and granular products, Doypack pouches can combine high-barrier laminates, resealable zippers, tear notches, hang holes, transparent windows and fully printed surfaces. Film structure, sealing layer and barrier performance are selected around the product, fill weight, shelf life, packing process and destination-market requirements.

/ Product Overview

Doypack is a stand-up flexible pouch with a bottom gusset that expands after filling to create a stable base. Its lightweight structure provides a large front, back and side printing area while reducing empty-pack storage and transport volume compared with many rigid formats.

The complete construction is specified around the packed product, required moisture, oxygen, light and aroma barrier, filling temperature, zipper use, sealing equipment, distribution conditions and intended shelf life.

Options include resealable zipper Doypacks, clear or shaped-window pouches, paper-look and kraft-effect pouches, metallized high-barrier structures, hang-hole packs and large stand-up formats for heavier fill weights. Rounded corners, easy-open tear notches, laser scoring, valves or spouts can be added where the product and filling process require them.

Sizes, bottom-gusset depth, headspace, seal width and closure position are engineered around the actual fill volume and packing line.
